Archives Department
The Archives and Library Department manages and provides access to documents and information to support Parliament's work. It serves MPs, staff, and the public through organized library resources and digital platforms.
Archives and library Department focuses on the documentation, publications, capture, and purchase of information from internal and external sources and makes that information available to Members, staff and the general public through the HoR’s Internet and intranet sites and internal information databases and sources. The department is responsible to organize the reading materials in the Library and provide relevant information required by Members of Parliament and Staff. The main objective of the Parliamentary Library Service is to collect, assemble and maintain a satisfactory collection of material relevant to the work of the Parliament and to provide that channel through which Members and staff of parliament can access government and all other information resources
