Hargeisa – Sunday, 27th July 2025 – The House of Representatives of the Republic of Somaliland today held the 2nd session of its 12th Parliamentary Term. The session, chaired by the First Deputy Speaker and Acting Speaker of the House, Hon. Siciid Mire Farah (Giirre), officially commenced with the debate on the agenda of the 12th session.
