Approval of the Auditor General..

The House of Representatives of the Republic of Somaliland convened today for the 18th sitting of its 12th Session, under the chairmanship of the Speaker, Hon. Yasin Mohamoud Xiir (Faratoon).
During the sitting, the House held a vote of confidence on the appointment of the National Auditor General, Mr. Muse Yusuf (Idigaa).
The outcome of the vote was decisive: 53 Members of Parliament voted in favor, with none opposing and none abstaining. In line with parliamentary practice, the Speaker did not cast a vote.
This unanimous approval reflects the House’s commitment to strengthening accountability and transparency within the governance structures of the Republic of Somaliland.
